Study on New Approaches to Regional Innovation
Advansis carried out a study to analyse the new approaches to regional innovation internationally. The aim of the study was to provide up-to-date information on the latest trends, approaches and challenges in the field regional innovation policy and to assess the latest policy instruments introduced in Europe and internationally. The study was commissioned by the Finnish Ministry of Employment and the Economy and completed in April 2009.
