Advansis, together with ETLA and Gaia group, has just completed a comprehensive study for the National Agency of Technology and Innovation (Tekes) on innovative public procurement. The report analyses the overriding reasoning, the trends and framework conditions for innovative public procurement, as well as provides a variety of examples on the practices that make public procurement supportive to innovation.
