On 1st January 2010, Dr Heli Paavola joined Advansis expert team as a Senior Consultant. Her main task is to coordinate the Tekes Serve - Pioneers of Service Business 2006-2013 Programme, but she will also be involved in research projects and other consultancy work. Heli Paavola is a Doctor of Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Tampere and has an extensive work record both from Finland and abroad. Before joining Advansis, Heli Paavola was the Director of Customer Innovations and Market Intelligence unit at Center for Research Information, Customer and Innovation Management (CIRCMI) at the University of Tampere.
Heli Paavola is based in our Tampere office with the rest of the service innovation team.
