VINDI - The Impact Framework and Indicators for Science, Technology and Innovation

Assigned by Tekes and the Academy of Finland,  Advansis carried out a study on the impact framework and indicators for science, technology and innovation in 2008. The study presented an overall view of the effectiveness of science, technology and innovation, also referred to as an impact framework, and defined the most important indicators of effectiveness.
