By managing the planning, organising and implementation of research, development and pre-emptive programmes, we provide the support necessary for successful knowledge creation. Ultimately, research and innovation management is about making sure that the creativity results in concrete output in the form of new knowledge.
One of the prime challenges of research and innovation programmes is the management, coordination, and partly also the creation, of the stakeholder relationships and networks at various levels. Our extensive networks in Finland, Europe and world-wide allow us to easily find the right partners and stakeholders for each program. We are familiar with coordinating large networks consisting of companies, academics and policy makers, and helping them to together create new knowledge.
